Pie-lasagna
In this recipe I tamed many of your queries, and passion in the Italian, Greek and... diet food. On the court their loved ones endured... with caution "try". But this combination had to taste not only me, but my daughter and even my husband. Interested? Try!

Ingredients

  • Minced Turkey

  • Onion

  • Paprika sweet

Boil vegetable broth in the water lay a parsley root, a piece of celery, carrot, onion (I had a leek) a couple of leaves of cabbage 2 Bay leaf and allspice. Boil the roots for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking add 2 tbsp vegetable/ olive oil. This step can be simplified, cook the lasagna leaves in salted boiling water. Time - 2 minutes!

Products for the recipe: lasagna sheets, minced meat (I prefer Turkey but you can use any!), 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, salted cheese, eggs, paprika grilled (canned or fresh).

Of vegetable broth to remove all the roots and into the boiling broth to lay out in alternating sheets of lasagna. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

When cooking vegetable broth finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in 2 tbsp oil. The cooled onion add to the meat.

To catch the leaves of lasagna with a slotted spoon and drain on a colander, accurately the joints of sheets with vegetable oil (I this is not always done, and paid for that: some cemented leaves had to be resuscitated... and it took a lot more time!).

In the mince add the eggs and grated cheese (it will all depend on the type of meat, and the saltiness of the cheese). Then - on a whim!!! I had ground Turkey meat and 200 g salted cheese!

Then spread the filling for the pie! So, we'll have THREE LAYERS! 1. Lasagna (dough). 2. Mince (with onions/garlic and cheese). 3. Paprika (pepper) on the grill (baked or canned)! Canned pre-pump! Option for mixed stuffing: - minced, 3 tbsp Basil, and breadcrumbs, - 100 g grated hard cheese (of Your choice) - eggs

The next layer, again begin with lasagna etc....

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 45 minutes! I smeared the top layer of the lasagna with olive oil.
