Mackerel spicy salted

The recipe is based on a 1 fish increase in the proportions who on what you need. I salted 5 mackerels. So, prepare the fish: let's thaw, cut the excess fins, viscera removed, the head cut off. And capacity will prepare where we are going to pickle.
The water in a saucepan and put on fire, all the spices and salt lay at once, boil 2 minutes! I'm in the store I overlooked and bought coriander powder, but the taste didn't suffer from it! Cooled brine is a must!!!

Pour brine to completely, cover and put in the cold for 2 days. I salted 4 days! Turned out very tasty and fragrant fish!
