Baked potato wedges
A very tasty dish of American cuisine! Prepares quickly and easily. The filling can be any.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Butter

  • Sausage

    5 piece

  • Cheese

  • Dill

  • Sour cream

Raw potatoes well to wash, poke with a knife (so the steam can circulate inside) and put in the oven bag. If time to spare, you can put in 10-12 minutes in the microwave (as do Americans), but you can in the oven. But in the oven the process will be much longer - 40-60 minutes.

Pull the potatoes from the microwave, it will already be soft. Do it along the incision, but not until the end!

The pulp of potatoes partly're scraping the spoon and put it on both halves with a knob of butter, if desired salt potatoes.

Mix the flesh potato with the finely chopped sausage, cheese, processed cheese (soft, from the jar), add the dill and sour cream.

Received meat stuffed with potato.

Put the potatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until crust.
