Sauce for chicken, meatballs, and meatballs

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 cup


Ingredients to prepare sauce.
To a dry pan add 1 tablespoon of flour.
Fry flour on a dry pan until light cream color on a slow fire.
Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add 1.5 cups boiling water or beef broth. I want to note that the ingredients I pointed out 2 cups of water. Additional water will be required in that case, if the sauce, in your opinion, will be too thick. In this case, we dilute it slightly with water.
Give the sauce to writing a rolling boil, then add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
Give the sauce to writing a rolling boil. Add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste.
Stirring occasionally, allow the sauce to writing a rolling boil for 3-5 minutes, then add 1/2 teaspoon of spicy dried herbs. Add salt to taste and black pepper. Boil the sauce until thick. Herbs have to give the sauce all their flavors.
The sauce need to drain through a metal sieve to remove lumps and remnants of the spices (they did their job).
