Take the chocolate paste (I had two-tone), spread in a bowl in which we will be kneading dough.
Add the egg, cheese, baking powder and the flour (little by little) - all of these ingredients mix with a mixer. When the mixer begins to slip, domeshivat manually. The dough should look not very elastic, rather fragile and brittle, the grains of curd.
Thinly roll out the dough and bake cakes. As the dough becomes brittle, the layers to shift into a form not very convenient. You can use a rolling pin (it "reel" the dough) or the pieces to put into shape, like a puzzle!))) The boy helped the dough roll out and in pieces in the mouth dragged - painfully it on chocolate turned out like!

Cakes bake in the oven at 220*C, 7 minutes each.
I got 5 cakes.
Prepare the cream for the cake. I used custard "Taffy" from elena777, only in the process added a couple of teaspoons full of cocoa powder for a more chocolately!
