Cooking

step-0
Onion cut into cubes. Carrots to grate. You, like me, also cut into cubes. Clean the mushrooms and chop, not finely. Put in a bowl multivarki half of the butter (50 gr). If you want you can add 1-2 tbsp of vegetable oil. But I didn't. Included multivarku mode "roasting", the time to 20 minutes. Put back the carrots, onions and fry for 10 minutes I was in the process of stirring.
step-1
After 10 minutes add the mushrooms and cook until the end of the program.
step-2
Then add to the bowl of bulgur, broth, salt and pepper. Include the program "pilaf" (default 1 hour & I have to figure this is just fine). But after 30 or 40 minutes I opened the slow cooker, the risotto was ready. So next time for the bulgur I'm going to put time of 40 minutes.
step-3
While preparing rice, chopped parsley, and the nuts are chopped smaller.
step-4
In the finished pilaf add the nuts, parsley and remaining butter. Stir.
step-5
You can give a little infusion, and can serve immediately. Believe me, it is very tasty. BON APPETIT!!!
