Pasta with trout, cherry tomatoes and arugula
A great dish for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Trout

    250 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Arugula

    30 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parmesan

    70 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil the pasta until "al dente". Garlic finely chop and fry in olive oil, 2min.

Add the diced fish fillets, fry on low heat for 7-10min.

Slice the cherry halves and add to the fish. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3min.

Add the chopped arugula. Cook for another 2min. Season with salt and pepper, stir in oregano.

To combine the sauce with pasta, sprinkle with 1/2 part grated Parmesan cheese, quickly stir and serve immediately to the table. When serving (if desired) sprinkle with more cheese.
