Oatmeal sticks to beer
The recipe is quite simple. In every home there is a package of oatmeal, a piece of butter and cheese. Try, it is very tasty and easy!

Ingredients

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Beer

    80 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Basil

Cooking

In a deep bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

Add grated on a coarse grater cheese, softened butter and light beer. Carefully mix everything and knead the dough.

On parchment, roll out the dough to 3-4 mm thick, in the shape of a rectangle.

Cut the dough in strips of 1 cm wide and arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment, at a distance from each other. Bake in preheated to 190 degrees oven 15-25 minutes. Allow to cool and serve. Bon appetit!
