Cream sauce with red pepper
A very tasty sauce. Suited to a variety of dishes for side dishes (rice, spaghetti), chicken dishes. Moderately spicy, we like it, and I hope you will like it too.

Ingredients

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    125 ml

  • Dry white wine

    70 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Lemon juice

  • Vegetable oil

Red sweet pepper bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove from the oven put in a glass bowl on top of something to cover and leave for 5 minutes. After this time, remove the skins from the peppers and remove the stem.

One large onion finely chop and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Sauteed onions and peppers, baked in the oven grind, puree in a blender.

In a pan, where roasted onions, pour the mixture from the blender, add the cream and put on fire. Constantly stir. When it boils, pour the wine and add the flour gently to avoid lumps. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. At the end add salt, red hot pepper and lemon juice. Stir, bring to boil and turn off.
