Pasta with lamb and mushrooms
Another simple, not time consuming to prepare, delicious dish. Rigatoni with minced lamb, mushrooms, vegetables and wine.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Parmesan

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Prepare all products to use. Onion cut into cubes and fry in olive oil until Golden brown.

Add to the onions coarsely chopped mushrooms (cut into 4 or 6 pieces). Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Carrots cut into small cubes. Fry in olive oil.

Add the carrots to the mince, Basil, spices. Cook mince, stirring intensively (flexing) in order to avoid the formation of lumps. Pour in the broth, reduce the heat, cover with a lid.

For 5-7 minutes before end of cooking meat, add the mushrooms with onions, pour the wine (wine can be used as a dry white and dry red - they are both appropriate in this dish). To give the wine to evaporate.
