Roll
I have been reading different recipes of rolls from the chefs and decided to take a little from everything and make your. The result is that friendship of the peoples, or rather, chefs :-)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sausage

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Fish

    300 g

Cooking

Whisk the eggs with the flour, starch and spices. Pour on a baking tray, covered with baking paper

Sprinkle all with herbs,

thinly sliced sausage. Put in oven until done - took me about 10 minutes.

Finely chop the fish and mix it with oil. The fish should be slightly(!!!)salty!!!

On the base spread the filling

Gently roll the roulade in plastic wrap, I'm still in the baking paper wrapped, that is surely not leak oil (the butter did on the hot base). Let cool and in the fridge for impregnation
