Instant fried potatoes
Unfortunately our pace of life gets faster and faster. Less and less we are able to find the time to enjoy a delicious meal and socializing with friends. Intercepted on the go, communicate on the run, etc. If someone is not - I sincerely and in the good envy you. I, like many of us, love fried potatoes. Unfortunately very often there is no time to wait for it to cook in the traditional way - minutes, 25 - 30. Therefore, as described in this recipe the quick way of cooking fries often helps me - 5 minutes and you can enjoy good enough roasted potatoes, soft inside and delicious on the outside. Of course, the principle - pre-cook (boil, bake) and grill it - is not new. However, the described methods of pre-cooking potatoes do not include my method. Describes how to bake in their skins in the microwave, cook, chop and bake in the microwave. In my method, the potatoes are baked in the wrapper of the baking paper is on the one hand allows to avoid the tedious process of cleaning baked potatoes, and on the other hand leaves a juicy potato (without skin it dry out in the microwave).


  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp


Clean potatoes
Slice it into strips
Rinse well with cold water on a sieve. This will prevent the potatoes sticking
Spread on a piece of baking paper
Pour sunflower oil and salt. Mix well.
Wrap candy and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. If the potato is more or cook more than one potato in the microwave time increases. For example, on two potatoes (like me) I would've given 5 minutes in the microwave. To start, heat the pan with olive oil.
Put the potatoes in the pan with onion, chopped quarter rings. Fry on high heat for 2 minutes - that appeared Golden brown.
Put on plate and serve. Bon appetit!
