I never thought that I will like the casserole, but still a mess!!!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Adyghe cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Curry

For this recipe we need red lentils brand Mistral. Lentils, rinse and cover with water and cook until puréed to the liquid is almost gone, cook first on medium and then on a slow fire, constantly at the end until very soft.
