Easy, very tasty. Great dessert for a children's party.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Cream

    250 g

  • White chocolate

  • Confection

  • Nuts

Cooking

Whip the cream with the icing sugar. Gradually introduce the cheese. Whisk until thick cream.

Melt 100 g white chocolate, let cool, put in a souffle.

Prepare the ramekins (I got yogurt) and sticks.

Put the soufflé in the middle of the pieces of chocolate sticks.

Fill the molds, insert the stick, put it into the freezer until fully cured.

Extracted frozen soufflés from the molds, covered with chocolate. Decorate to taste.

For adults I have done in conventional molds, decorated with syrup and chocolate.
