Urgently wanted a snack, and the fridge is almost nothing... my son suddenly "looked" friends or after work to cook... just too lazy For all these cases these sandwiches are just a lifesaver! Only need bread (it can be even stale), onion and egg. And are prepared on one-two-three. And, it is very very tasty (Luke, incidentally, is not felt!). If you've never tried - I highly recommend.

These products have in the kitchen always. Loaf (tastes best with it), egg, onion and salt.
Cut the loaf. Thick I do no more than an inch.
Beat the egg with salt. Finely chop the onion and mix with the egg.
Spread on a slice of baguette.
Put these sandwiches on a heated pan with sunflower oil (filling down). And fry until Golden brown. By the time it's no more than two minutes.
Turn over and fry the second side for a minute. Ready!
