Cooking

step-0
Begin preparation of the cake. For starters, you can soak the gelatin in 3/4 Cup water. Leave for 40 min. During this time, you can bake the cake. So, the cake: Soft margarine chop into pieces.
step-1
Add the sugar (regular and vanilla pack). Whisk.
step-2
Divide the dough eggs one at a time. Whisk. Pour in 3 admission mix: flour+baking powder. Continue whisking. Add the cocoa. Whisk. The dough is ready. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for approx 25 minutes Ready the cooled cake cut in half.
step-3
Cream: Add the cheese a couple of tablespoons of juice (if You have canned fruit, if not, do without the juice :-) ) Then strain through sieve or blender. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cream. All good whisk. To splendor. Now for the gelatin. Heated it to a boil (do NOT BOIL!), then filter and add water (room temperature) so to get 1.5 cups together with gelatin. Continue whisking our cheese-cream mass and at the same time a thin stream pour gelatin. The resulting cream is left on for 10 minutes and whisk again.
step-4
Put the cake together. Top of the 1st half of the cake put a large part of the cream on top of cream - sliced fruit. Cover with 2nd piece of cake. Just press it into the cream. Cover with the remaining cream. Put in the refrigerator. I have the cake spent the night :-) there.
step-5
Then decorate a frozen cake.
step-6
Since I live next door to my grandparents, I baked 2 cakes. Beautiful flowers - a gift (we went to visit the neighbors :-) ) and home - just sprinkled cocoa, the taste is not affected :-) (with cherry, he is in section). Cook, dear cooks! *DRINK*
