Rice with vegetables and pork
Our family split, the husband loves stew, and I can not imagine the season without vegetable stew. Here has to spin. And not a stew but with vegetables. Insanely delicious, fresh and summery. Plus preparing in my assistant-multivarka

Cut onion into cubes, carrots three on a coarse grater, meat cut into large cubes and put to fry in a slow cooker in sunflower oil.
Pepper cut into strips or cubes, eggplant and tomato cut into cubes (cleaned neither that, nor another is not necessary, it will give color to our dish)
Add the vegetables to the meat, pressed garlic, stir and simmer under a lid for 15-20 minutes
Add the rice (2 multitone) and water (2 multistone). Do not interfere. we put on a program of rice for 25 minutes. 3 minutes before end of program salt and pepper and mix.
Leave to stand in a switched-off slow cooker for about 15-20 minutes and eat
