Pellet yogurt from grandma
I'm back with a recipe from grandma! These wonderful, soft, fluffy and fragrant pellet grandmother roasted almost every day in the summer I had forgotten what the bread and only ate them! Remember how delicious they were with a mug of warm milk, I was sitting with Granny on his knees and ate, and my grandmother stroked my head and told me all sorts of interesting stories about himself, about his youth, particularly I loved to hear the story of my grandparents, it is truly fabulous and beautiful... ))) Girls and boys, happy Victory Day to you!!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

Yogurt mixed with soda, if the kefir is quite sour, not quenching soda. Add the egg and vegetable oil.

Sift the flour and add liquid, knead a soft dough (flour can go a little big) dough maybe a little sticky. Sprinkle with flour and cover with a towel. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

The dough is rolled into a bundle and cut into 8-9 pieces. Pieces sprinkle with flour and roll out the tortillas as thick as a little finger, leave it again for 2-3 minutes to rest.

And while the dough is resting, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry on both sides and cover it with a lid and steamed for a few minutes. Butter to melt. Each cake to coat the top with oil and sprinkle with salt, lay in a pile and the top tight package or cover with a towel!!! So leave on for 10-15 minutes.
