Cooking

step-0
To prepare the omelette for 2 to 3 people take the number of products, as described above. Prepare a pack/ sleeve for baking (or dense regular package - so it was written in the original recipe, but I took it as a sleeve for baking). In advance, put on fire a pot of water to while cooking the omelet, water has begun to boil.
step-1
Whisk the eggs until the foam, add milk and beat again. Cheese grate on a fine grater and gently add to our mass, stirring with a spatula to the maximum to preserve the airiness. Salt to taste (you can add spices to taste, I did for the baby, so just salt).
step-2
Pour our mixture into the sleeve/package. Well connect it and drop it into boiling water. Once the water is boiling, turn down the gas on low, cover with a lid and forget it for 30 min. (I, of course, the first time I ran and looked, how there process goes:) ). The mass of the package will increase in size - this is normal.
step-3
Carefully take out the package, take out the omelet. It holds its shape well and does not stick to the package. Cut, decorate to taste.
step-4
Here's the air it turns.
step-5
Bon appetit! PS you can vary the omelette, adding immediately in a mixture of greens, ham and so on.
