Sunflower oil
On the website I saw a similar recipe Gal4oNek, but it seems to me that this oil herring, not herring OIL. This recipe I got from my mother in law and doing it already for 15 years (minimum ingredients, minimum time). If I'm wrong, the recipe will remove... this is my first experience adding a recipe.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    400 g

  • Butter

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Butter in advance to pull out of the fridge and leave to soften at room temperature so that it was completely limp (it will be easier to work with him). Eggs boiled in steep.

Herring fillets cut into pieces, then break carefully in a blender.

Add to a blender the chopped eggs and again mix well.

The resulting herring-egg mass to add to our soft butter and mix well until smooth. I do this by using the same blender, but you can just spoon.

The oil is ready, you just have to put it in a container, covered with cling film and keep in the freezer for an hour or two. It is plenty of herring oil. I usually divide it into two portions: while one swallow homemade, the second part can safely be stored in the freezer.
