Indian onion fritters
Bhaji. In India, these fried fritters are sold on the street as we have hot dogs. Bhaji crispy, spicy and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chili

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Garam masala

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cilantro

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

1. Grain cumin and fry on a dry pan for about a minute, so they went slightly brown and become fragrant. Grind them in a mortar into powder.

2. Onion cut into thin half-rings and dry on paper napkins. Have chili peppers remove seeds and finely chop. Garlic and cilantro are finely chopped.

3. Put the onions in a large bowl, add the garlic, Chile, parsley, all spices and salt and mix everything carefully so that the entire bow was covered with spices and flour. Gradually add water, stirring thoroughly. You should get a thick batter.

4. In a saucepan, heat the oil for deep frying. Put a spoonful of dough into the hot oil, forming round fritters. Fry 3-4 minutes, get a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the remaining batter.
