It's very simple. For dessert, a cocktail, we need milk with high fat or cream. So all the dieters, I apologize.
Milk or cream bring to a boil, but do not boil. Add broken pieces of white chocolate and stir thoroughly. I used the immersion blender.
In each glass pour equal amounts of frozen berries. Sprinkle top with sugar.
The berries just before serving pour hot! milk-chocolate mixture. Optionally sprinkle the top with grated white chocolate. All.
