Cooking
Actual cooking: 1. Cook the rice. but do not let get too soft.. I got 15-17 minutes, drain off water..put it in a bowl..
2. Dressing for rice vinegar mixed with sugar... (here is a MNU vinegar...) Pour in the rice, carefully stir the mixture......
