Bacon fried in the microwave
On one beer website I read that the best snack to porter - fried chips bacon. It was also stated how to make them by using microwave.

  • Dark beer

Open beer, pour into a glass, make a big gulp. This app it bacon.

A plate lay a paper towel. Lay out the slices of bacon. Cover it with a paper towel to shoot the fat splattered all inside the stove. A plate put in the microwave, cover with a cap for microwave.

In the original recipe it was said that at a power of 800W, one slice is cooked for one minute, respectively, into five slices, five minutes. Since the maximum capacity of my microwave 700W, and the plate was placed four slices of bacon, also fried them for five minutes.

Time may vary depending on the power of the microwave. Do not constantly open the door to see it — the cooking process should be continuous. Better listen carefully: as soon as the crackle and hiss is markedly diminished — the bacon is ready.
