Description

Potato balls
An excellent replacement for boring boiled potatoes. Children are usually delighted with these balls, and adults will not refuse to treat yourself. It is good to take with you to work. Good with vegetables, fresh or pickled. Taste.

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Coriander

Cooking

step-0
Potatoes boiled or baked in foil until tender.
step-1
Drain the water, potatoes dry off. Mash into a puree in a convenient way. Add the finely chopped dill, vegetable oil and crushed garlic clove (if you do not plan to take the balls to work!)
step-2
Add the coriander, pour in the soy sauce. Mix well. Give the sauce to cool slightly.
step-3
Add the flour (the good will and pea, or garbanzo bean flour) and ground paprika. If the potatoes are crumbly, the flour should be increased. Carefully mix to avoid flour lumps. If you want, salt.
step-4
Form with wet hands balls the size of a large walnut. Put the balls on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper.
step-5
Lubricate the balls with vegetable oil (a little bit). Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
step-6
Bon appetit to You and Your family!
step-7
Good health to You!
