Meatball with cheese stuffing
Great potato, meat patties with cheese filling. Are made very quickly, and it turns out very tender and tasty. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Солнышко9 called "Meatballs "Cheese cards ofelie" with garnish" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

To prepare stuffing: the author proposes to mince meat, potatoes (raw) and onions. Since I had finished the meat, I finely sliced an onion and rubbed the potato on a small grater. Potato squeeze out excess juice.
All mix, add the egg, salt and pepper to taste. Stir again.
For the filling, finely chop cheese. I had mozzarella. Optionally, salt and pepper, if the cheese is not salty. If you take the cheese, then the author clarifies that it is NOT necessary to salt.
Take 1 tbsp of ground meat to make a "pancake" in the middle to put 1 tsp cheese filling.
Connect the edges, got this neat chop.
Lay on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
From above to grease with sour cream or mayonnaise.
Cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes, until tender. The time depends on Your oven.
To bring to the table. I took a picture of the meatballs cold, and when they are hot, then the fault is in the melted cheese looks very appetizing.
