Cooking
Peel the raw potatoes. Grate (preferably small, otherwise the potatoes will not be cooked through). Squeeze out the juice.
Add the egg, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Then add vegetable oil and flour. Thoroughly stir.
It turns out that kind of dough.
Up to this point, this dish is similar to the well-known pancakes, the way it is. (In France they are called Potato Cakes). But the difference will be in the form of submission. For baking I used this waffle iron.
Spread a spoonful of the batter into the form, cover with a lid and fry one to two minutes. If you have no such machines, then I think you can use the form for cookies (in the shape of hearts, etc.)
