Description
This dish is avocado I always do when I have avocados, and always served with hot chips. But "cook" with his contests inspired me to create a new feed with crispy Christmas trees. I hasten to share with you the recipe. A great appetizer, which I submit to the contest snack cakes "Christmas style"

Cooking
The products required.
Halve the avocados, carefully scrape the flesh from the peel, this adjacent layer gives a rich color. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice, not to dark avocado.
Finely chop the herbs, pepper, tomatoes and 2 avocados. And the rest of beat until a homogeneous slurry. There squeeze the garlic, add cheese, red pepper.
Dissolved gelatin diluted cream and mix everything carefully.
Pour into molds, put in the fridge (in the freezer if it is urgent). Meanwhile, prepare the dough for the Christmas trees.
Beat egg whites until stable peaks, add a pinch of salt. To softened butter add sah.powder, flour and potato flour. Mix well and paint.
It turns out this weight, to put it in the fridge for a while.
And now the cliche: on a plastic Mat, draw and cut Christmas trees. Fill the voids with a thin layer of dough, flatten. Remove the Mat and put it into the preheated oven and bake at t 180*C for 2-3 min.
Christmas trees are very easy to depart from the silicone Mat. From this portion turns out a lot of trees. And white dough I made the other decorations.
They immediately moved to a corrugated foil, giving the desired curve. You can leave them smooth. Cool.
Remove from the molds the cakes and decorate Christmas trees. Christmas trees serve not only as a Christmas decoration, but also play the role of chips. In addition to the silicone forms I used and metal, they had to hold it in hot water for 1 minute. This dish looked very festive on the Christmas table.
