Cake
Easy, cottage cheese and cherry cake. No words, this is delicious!!! Perhaps nothing tastier, I didn't try! Highly recommend!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

1. Bake 2 sponge cake (or 1 cut in half). To do this: beat the eggs with the sugar, add the coffee, whisking until it dissolves. Add the cocoa. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to dough. 2. In 0, 5 tbsp. of sugar pour 3 tbsp water and dissolve over the fire, then enter the cherries and bring to boil, remove the foam and, on a slow fire, boil for 10 min. Then allow to stand 1 to 5 hours to Drain the cherry syrup. They soak cakes - not to get carried away :) 3. In split form, put 1 Korzh - cut up. Filling: cottage Cheese to whip with sour cream + lemon zest + already dissolved gelatin. 4. Spread 1/2 of the filling on the cake.

7. Whisk or cream 30% sour cream with sugar. And daubed the top and sides of cake. But there is a catch - it is better form not to remove (jelly it will run away!). Coat only the top and chill for an hour!

9. After you pour the Jell-o (pre-don't forget the cherries). Decorate with whipped cream.
