Cooking
Onions, carrots and mushrooms into small cubes and fry until Golden brown.
In the stuffing add sauteed vegetables, parsley, 1 egg, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and divide into three parts.
Cabbage leaves blanched in salted water for 2-3 minutes. Cool.
Split mold (d - 24 cm) lay a parchment, put cabbage leaves on the bottom and sides.
Sprinkle one portion of the mince, flatten. Cover with cabbage leaves.
Sprinkle with cheese grated on a fine grater, top, again, spread the stuffing and cabbage leaves. Third layer repeat.
Whisk 2 eggs and 2 tbsp sour cream, add salt and pour the cake. Bake in preheated to 190 degree oven for 40 minutes, then increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes, until Golden in color. Cake to cool in the form, from above to grease remaining cream and sprinkle with herbs. Bon appetit!
