Rolls with beans, vegetables, greens and cheese
These rolls are ideal for a snack lunch or dinner and also perfect for a picnic.

Ingredients

  • Pita

    3 piece

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Water

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

For the preparation of rolls you will need red beans. I took the beans from TM "Mistral". Beans to pour the water and leave for 4 hours, after that time change the water and cook for 1.5 hours over medium heat.
