Last Saturday was the guest of friends and here is a cake I made - delicious with a lemony taste and fragrant! Offer you the recipe - enjoy!!! After you try, I'm sure that this recipe will be part of the collection of your favorite recipes!!!

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    250 ml

  • Cream

    175 ml

Cooking

Connect powdered sugar, flour and salt, stir. Add the soft butter.

With your hands RUB the butter with flour, sugar and salt.

Spread the dough and with your hands press the dough (I have form 33*23 cm). The dough put in a warm oven - 160*C for 20 minutes.

Whisk the cream lightly.

Combine the eggs and sugar, whisk.

Add lemon zest and lemon juice (I squeezed the juice from the lemon, peel and added store-bought lemon juice can do just the juice from Tetra-pack or fresh lemons as you want, I have them mixed up), whisk to blend.

Add the lightly whipped cream to the egg mass.

Mix.

While we all shook our dough is ready.

IMPORTANT: our egg-butter mass to be poured on top of HOT dough.

Into the oven to 175*C for 35-40 minutes. To check the readiness of this: the dough is a beautiful Golden color and liquid on top.

Allow to cool completely. Cut carefully into squares and powder with icing sugar or lemon icing as you want!!!
