From buns using shape of cut fish (if no form, then can be cut into any shape.
The herring. Ready fillet cut, placed in a container, add mayonnaise and cranberries, blend with a blender.
The resulting mousse spread on the muffin, decorate with cranberries and a treat. Bon appetit.
