Mom's cookies
The recipe for this cookie I found in my mom's old notebook. Mom often baked kurabe, I remember I liked it. And I ate this delicious cookies, sipping hot milk. Baked, tried and like a child visited.. remembered how hungry I ran from school and dirty hands all Golden "daisies&am p;quot; and the wind was shoving them into his mouth, and my mother warmed me milk and with an angry look said, "Sit down at the table and eat, Yes priklopne milk, or you'll choke!" ;... and then it seemed to me that there is nothing tastier than the liver... It's great cookies cooked very quickly and easily, especially when there is no time, and then dropped by guests at the gulls! (for a school fair, daughter of Julia)

Cooking

step-0

Add the flour and mix thoroughly.
step-2
Whip whites into a thick foam with a little pinch of salt. Put them in the buttery dough and gently stir with a spoon from top to bottom. Yolks, I adapted for cupcakes http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/504 42/
step-3
Dough protein mix carefully, slowly, trying not to precipitate proteins.
step-4
Now I want to give advice, like put the dough in a pastry bag: put the ready dough in the package, cut corner, insert the clipped place in a pastry bag (nozzle it is better to take with a wide diameter flower-the Aster or star) and squeeze the dough.
step-5
Baking tray lay a baking paper and squeeze the flowers cookies. In the middle put a small piece of dried apricots or a little thick jam.
step-6
Bake at 240-250 degrees for about 10 minutes. Before putting the pan in the oven, be sure it is well heat up to 240 degrees. The finished cookies out onto a plate. Yes, I want to write - ovens are all different, even the temperature regime at all different and bakes differently, so keep an eye out for the liver, and it can burn. Maybe your oven is enough for 7 minutes (so I wrote in about 10 minutes), and may have to bake 12 minutes, so watch out!
step-7
Here it is - cookies of my childhood! Tender, crumbly, slightly oily, with a subtle vanilla flavor and not cloying!
