Cooking
In the preparation of this cake, I used semolina TM Mistral.
Start preparing with green cake. Broccoli punched a blender, add the egg, semolina, milk, dried Basil, salt to taste. All mix and pour the batter on a heated pan, greased with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides. Spread on a dish.
I must say that not very deftly flip these pancakes-cakes. I have used this kind of thing to prevent splashing of boiling oil. First, lay out the crust on this thing, and then with her back into the pan. Can be adapted for the case and plate, and any convenient materials at hand.
Meantime, prepare the sauce. Sour cream with garlic punched blender, sprinkle lightly with salt. All ready.
Then in the same way, mix the ingredients for the yellow cake. In it I added ground fenugreek. Also, fry from two parties. The yellow cake I managed to capture was lying on the green.
The third red layer are preparing for the same technology. In it I added ground paprika.
Cakes folded on each other as cooking. Do not forget each cake well to coat with sauce. The finished cake let cool and, unfortunately, very quickly eaten. Bon appetit!
