Soup of cauliflower
A simple soup with a colored cabbage and green peas. Suddenly someone come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Cauliflower

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Carrots cut into small cubes, simmer in small amount of broth. Yes, the broth itself we pre-strained, the meat is pulled, cut and postponed until aside.

When the carrot is half cooked, throw in the peas (I have canned)

Potatoes cut too small cubes, cabbage divided into small florets. Tomatoes grate on a grater (skins discarded).

Broth bring to a boil, throws the potatoes, cabbage, greens. The peas and carrots add tomato and tomato paste, simmer for another 5 minutes. Off. When almost cooked potatoes and cabbage, taste for salt, if necessary - doselevel throws that were extinguished separately, put the meat, lemon juice and spices. Comes on a little light for 5 minutes... Everything!
