Description

Cranberry liqueur
Very nice home nalivajka. Moderately strong, moderately sweet, moderately sour. Recipe borrowed in the journal "Culinary workshop". My congratulations happy Birthday to our wonderful cook Lyubasha ("Cranberry in sugar").

Ingredients

  • Vodka

    750 ml

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Red currants

    3 piece

  • Mint

Cranberry mash.

We put in a jar or bottle with a wide neck. Add currants (I twigs it was removed) and mint. Fill with vodka, close the lid and forget about our future brandy for a month. I, however, occasionally was thinking about her and shook her.

After a month of carefully filtered, pour the tincture into a clean bottle, add the sugar and leave for another 2 weeks. Periodically shake that all the sugar is dissolved.
