Croissant with ham
This croissant is perfect for Breakfast, snack or midnight feast. And is suitable for children and nature. The combination of toasted croissant, ham and cheese strata should you like.

Ingredients

  • Croissant

    4 piece

  • Ham

  • Cream cheese

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

Mix cream cheese, softened butter, chopped bell pepper (cut finely), parsley and a little paprika until smooth. Taste for flavor and if needed add the spices yet.

Cut the croissant in half.

Sliced ham ( I had ham sausage) a little hot on one side on a DRY, hot pan (preferably non-stick or ceramic coating).

Grease a croissant with cheese mass (both halves)...

One put the ham (in my case ham sausage)...

And connect the two halves of the croissant together. Turned out to be such a little sandwich.
