Very toning tincture, warming, healing. It is guessed sweetness, but not cloying. A pleasant ginger aftertaste. Perfect as a gift for men. To drink, in their own words, much nicer than vodka. Cooking is very simple, though not very quickly. A wonderful remedy for colds (both treatment and prevention). My husband and I recently put it to Mature in the gift to our dads for the New Year, but after 2 weeks of infusion it is already quite tasty, though, and sneaks pretty =)
