Potato gratin
Invite You to taste delicious and quick to prepare casserole. Prepare it for many years, under the same title I once found in the journal and recorded in your cooking notebook. I would be glad if someone she loved just like me and my family. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

Cooking

Potatoes cover with water, add salt, Bay leaf and peppercorn. Cook until tender.

Cut onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

From boiled potatoes to make mashed potatoes (the liquid all drain, discard the Bay leaf and pepper).

In mashed potatoes add fried onions, eggs, butter. Mix well.

In the puree add the liquid from canned fish.

Fish chop with a fork.

Add mashed fish and mix.

Put into the form (I have ceramic Ø 29 cm), even out and sprinkle grated on a coarse grater cheese. I put the form in a cold oven, set the temperature to 180°C and bake for 40 min.

Take out of the oven the casserole and give it a little bit to cool down.
