Dough
Long time I use this recipe and the dough was just awesome... is Suitable for both fried and baked pies.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    21 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.66 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

In warm milk bred yeast,

Add the sugar,

Carefully stir everything up, cover with a cloth and put in warm place for 30min.

Then break the eggs and whisk them with a pinch of salt.

Enter them in the yeast mixture and thoroughly stir.

Add flour to a soft dough.

Knead, adding oil... knead so that the dough does not stick to hands.

IMPORTANT point: the table slightly lubricated with oil (not flour), spread the dough and cover it with a cloth for 15-20 minutes.

Next, divide the dough into dumplings... If the cakes you bake, it will warm up our balls and make mince pies (well, as dough fast, you first prepare the filling and then the dough) and immediately put them on a greased baking sheet.
