Berlin sauce and the dishes with it
I like to cook the sauce. It's finally happened last night. What can I say? He surpassed all my expectations. No mayonnaise, even homemade, no store-bought ready sauces with it and not lying. Amazingly delicious! Can be eaten cold, you can cook them with any meat and fish dishes. A great salad dressing. And yet very quickly.


  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Greens

  • Green onions

  • Spinach

  • Lettuce

  • Mint

  • Basil

  • Garlic

    1 tooth


In a blender put all your favorite herbs listed in the ingredients and green onions. So by weight there were about 150-200 g. Add the garlic (who loves), vegetable oil, lemon juice (to taste), salt, sugar, pepper and a good grind.
The mixture of herbs to combine with sour cream. Get the sauce a beautiful emerald color.
They can fill any salads, any food and just to smear on bread.
And you can prepare these are the meatballs in this amazing sauce. Pour it in the pan, add a little water.
Of meat (or fish) stuffing make patties but not flat, but like the spindle. Put in the sauce. Add, if necessary, salt, spices and stew under cover until tender. After 5-7 minutes after you put the meatballs in the pan, they need to turn. After 15-20 minutes ready.
