Ingredients

  • Rice paper

    6 piece

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Cooking

The rice paper soak in water for 2 minutes, drain the water.

Squid slice, combine with cabbage and grated Apple. Add salt, sugar to taste, mix well.

On a sheet of paper, put the filling and turn rolls. Fry with 2 sides for rust.oil. Dry on a napkin, and serve. Bon appetit!
