Shashlik sauce and something else
Streets are the last February freeze, but my heart has long been ringing drops, the sun shines and the birds sing. Want summer fun get-togethers around the campfire and, of course, shish kebabs, and tasty sauce, the recipe of which I want to bring to your attention. The sauce is so tasty that I even agree that you beat me for the use of ketchup.


  • Ketchup

    600 ml

  • Red onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Greens

    2 coup

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp


Will Nachinaem onion rings, dill and parsley, chop, prepare garlic.
Take two packs of ketchup. I took this.
The onion marinate in a mixture of sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil and lightly grind hands. Add to the onion greens, ground black pepper, chopped garlic.
And two packs of ketchup. Mix and a delicious sauce.
That's how it looks. In my family this sauce to eat large amounts of meat, fish and bread. It is indescribably delicious!
Now for the meat. Cook kebab in a pan? Don't believe? And you try to cook meat that way and see for yourself. Cut the rump roast or rump by 4cm pieces and put on a well-heated pan with vegetable oil. The meat is not salt! Remember that salt draws out moisture and we don't want the meat was dry. One condition - do not put too much meat at a time, otherwise it will be cooked, leave between the pieces of distance of 2 cm Fry until Golden brown on both sides, then season with salt and sprinkle with sugar (700 g meat - 0,5 tbsp of sugar), reduce heat to simmer, all while stirring the meat. Continue to fry under the lid for 5-7 minutes. Thanks to the caramelization of sugar, the meat acquires a distinctive barbecue taste. True, true. Try to dunk a piece of the meat in the sauce that we made and see for yourself.
Cook your husband the meat at least one day, for filing strung on wooden skewers, and you will be the most beloved wife at all times! And I will remember with gratitude.
Serve your table with tenderness, love and attention and warm attitude to you, your loved ones will not be forthcoming.
And don't hide away the plate with the sauce, not to run after her every time for a refill!
