Cooking

step-0
I said in the description about the fact that you can compare to the taste of pizza, but still, it's not pizza! Possible lots of options with toppings, some will tell in the description, and the rest think of themselves!) So, let's start. If you have ready the stuffing, then our task easier. First, in a pan saute onion, then add mince, roast it, stirring constantly (do not overdo it, do not desiccate). I do differently: I cut into small pieces of meat fried it with onions, and then was milled in a food processor.
step-1
Take the tomatoes of medium size. Cut into two halves, with a spoon take out the pulp. The pulp chop (here you can add peppers or mushrooms). Tomato pulp is a little simmer until digested juice, salt, pepper, spices to taste.
step-2
Mix ground beef, stewed tomato pulp and grated cheese (leave some cheese, we'll need it for the finishing touch).
step-3
Roll out the dough into a thin layer (1.5-2 mm). And cut into strips not more than 1 cm in width.
step-4
Now for the creativity. Look at the photos, I tried to this step was more obvious) baking Pan with baking paper. Take a test strip and put. Can spiral, you can just as you want your right (or left) hand! This is the bottom of the basket. On top put half a tomato.
step-5
Now the strip for the test strip to tighten around the tomato (not pulling, not pressing, the dough is in free flight). I can't say exactly how many stripes on each tomato, it depends on the length of the strips! Don't skimp, but don't overdo it, too much test is not necessary. And note that I threw a few loops into the inside of the tomato to the tomatoes "undressed" during baking, because the dough will try to settle. (Leave a few strips, they we will need when we get zaferlerim tomatoes.)
step-6
Now stuff. Sprinkle with the remnants of grated cheese. You can decorate with olive. Now we'll take those strips of dough that are left, and once again wrap around the tomato on the border of tomatoes and minced meat. Warm up the oven to 180 gr. Send our tomatoes baked for 30-35 minutes.
step-7
Now a little about the options the stuffing can be replaced with mushrooms, sausage or sausage, etc.) Bon appetit!!!
