Super-quick cake
I honestly was pleasantly surprised by the speed of preparation. Biscuit baking in microwave oven 5-6 minutes. I cooked the glaze longer than the baked cake. Try it! Turned out delicious, and most importantly - very quickly!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    10 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Flour

    8 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

I kicked up the mixer on the lowest speed. First the eggs with the sugar.

Then added cocoa powder and gently mixed.

Then to our chocolate mixture add the flour and baking powder. Mixed.

The dough is quite thick. Add to it the vegetable oil and milk. Knead well.

Pour our dough in a greased form (for the microwave, I have a silicone square 20 × 20 cm) and put in microwave for 5 minutes at a power of 800. More than 5-6 minutes without bake, cake will dry up. As usual, the readiness check with a toothpick.

Here is what I got after 5 minutes! Biscuit went up twice! Cooked! Not a donkey! Anyway, I was in shock.

I even forgot to take pictures when I cooked the frosting. Take 3 tbsp cocoa, 3 tbsp milk, 6 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp oil, mix well, bring to simmer to a boil and immediately pour. The only thing I added to this cake, so it's some kind of cream with rum or brandy for soaking, because a glaze is not enough. The cake turned out high, I would cut into 2-3 cake and soaked. Next time I will.
