  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    4 tsp

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Beef

    250 g

  • Veal

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

    10 piece

  • Puree tomato

    400 g


To prepare the meatballs smallive 2 kinds of meat.
Razmazyvaem in milk white bread. Mix all remaining ingredients together with ground meat and bread. Forming small meatballs.
To prepare the sauce, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic, saute until transparent about 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover the pan and simmer for 15-30 minutes. Place meat balls in a container for baking. Carefully pour sauce.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180* C for 30-40 minutes, without covering.
Liberally sprinkle chopped fresh oregano and serve with a side dish, a green salad or steamed green beans.
