Pickled grapes
Ladies, our holiday is getting closer and closer! Soon we will give you gifts and say in our honor a wonderful toast. And now I want to give you a gift in the form of this superb meals. Pickled grapes are very tasty and original in itself, serve it with a glass of red wine. But, in addition, it also opens a huge scope for imagination. For example, you can use it instead of the usual olives or dried fruit to any salad, and it will play absolutely new paints. Or... Come on in, I will share a couple of ways to use pickled grapes.

Ingredients

  • Grapes

    0.5 kg

  • Vinegar

    0.66 cup

  • Dry white wine

    0.333 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Mustard

    1.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Grapes wash, drain, remove from twigs. With a sharp knife carefully cut the "ass" every grape on the side where it was attached to a twig.

In a saucepan combine all ingredients, except grapes. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.

You can pour the grapes hot marinade, then marinated grapes is stronger and will be softer. Or you can wait when the marinade has cooled to warm, and then pour it over the grapes. In this case, the grapes will be more strong, and their flavor will be more delicate. I prefer the second method. Leave to marinate for a few hours, preferably overnight.
