Appetizer
Very simple but stunning appetizer of salted fish, marinated in soy sauce onion, avocado & cream cheese with wasabi, served on onion crackers, decorate a Christmas table. Appetizer cooked very quickly, is very tasty and consistently produces a sensation at the table.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    20 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Cheese curd

    75 g

  • Avocado

    0.25 piece

  • Coho

    100 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Wasabi

    0.25 tsp

  • Cracker

    8 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

Finely chop the onion and marinate in a mixture of lemon juice and Naturally brewed light soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" for 15 minutes.

Add the chopped salted coho salmon, cream cheese, wasabi and avocado, mix well.

To spread weight on onion crackers in the form of pyramids.

Sprinkle them with chopped dill, garnish with red pepper and serve for the buffet table.
