Cooking
Tomatoes and cut in slices.
In olive oil add the grated garlic, allspice and other herbs if you wish, in this case dried Basil. Mix everything.
And then everything just! Each slice with salt both sides, put in a jar, like mine, or in the food container and every watered our tomato sauce. For more flavor I added a couple of leaves of fresh Basil. On top, put half the onion to the tomatoes turned out to be "under pressure", and the juice of the onions adds their own flavor. Put into the fridge for two to three hours. Every half hour turn over the jar so that all the slices soaked.
